We have designed Work Counter to minimize data collection:

 

  • Locally Stored Data: All hour entries, projects, tasks, and notes you create are stored locally on your device and optionally synchronized via your personal iCloud account. We have no access to this data.

  • Analytics Data: We use anonymized analytics to understand how features are used and to improve app functionality. No personal data or specific hour/project data is collected.

  • Third-Party SDKs:

     

    • RevenueCat: Handles in-app purchases and subscription management. May process anonymized transaction data required for purchase validation.

    • TelemetryDeck: Collects aggregated, anonymized usage data for performance monitoring and feature improvement.

     

  • No Sensitive Data: We do not collect health, financial, biometric, or other sensitive information.

3. How We Use Data

Anonymized data is processed exclusively for:

 

  • Enhancing app features and usability.

  • Processing in-app purchases through RevenueCat. 

  • Identifying technical issues and improving stability.

 

 

We do not sell or rent user information to third parties.

Under GDPR, our processing activities are based on:

 

  • Legitimate Interests: For anonymized analytics aimed at improving user experience.

  • Contractual Necessity: To validate in-app purchases via RevenueCat.

  • Local Data: Stored solely on your device or synced via your iCloud account and remains there until you delete it or uninstall the App.

Important: Work Counter does not collect, store, or process personal data. These rights are therefore typically not applicable, but you can still contact us if you believe any personal data has been processed.

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or process any personal information from children.
